Your work was professional, efficient and extremely timely. Your were able to come up with the solution for an ineffective living space and we love it! Your attention to detail was matched only by your attention to our families needs. I would like to offer my whole-hearted appreciation to you for the support and professionalism we experienced during the entire project. From the initial planning and pricing to the final days of completion, you were enthusiastic, energetic, honest, and knowledgeable. In addition, you were punctual, pleasant, and highly skilled. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and the results are better than we ever imagined. We highly recommend you to everyone, and would welcome the opportunity to work with Project Inc. in the future. Karissa Feb 2009 Hi Stephen. I wanted to thank you for the job well done on our stairs. We are very pleased and get lots of compliments on them. We appreciate the hard work your team put into it. We are very pleased. Paul & Tenealle Scheps (Wesley too) June 6 2009 To the future customers of "Project" Owner Steve Crowe, From day one Steve was very professional. He came over on two occassions to discuss our basement renovations and answer all our questions no matter how big or small. He showed us some photographs of projects he had done in the past. He gave us a written time line for the project and a cost estimate for the work. When we decided to hire Steve he provided us with a detailed contract outlining all the necessary details including all the supplies he needed, when he would be coming and going, when payments were due, and how work could be charged or added. Steve hired Rodney to assist him with a great deal of the renovations. Both of the men were extremely professional and courteous when they came in and out of our residence. They made every attempt to create as little of a mess as possible. Both of the gentlemen were courteous to friends, family and our little dog in passing and they spoke professionally unlike some of the other trades people. Each week Steve gave us a detailed receipt of the hours they worked and the incidental tools and/or supplies they needed. At the start and finish of each week of the project we met with Steve to discuss the progress and choices that needed to be made. Both Steve and Rodney took limited breaks. They worked hard throughout the day and kept personal calls to a minimum. When Steve had to go to other projects he was sure to deduct the time he spent on his phone or on other sites off of our bill. At the end of the project we are very satisfied with the work done. Steve made sure everything was done to code and he fixed the many things that our home builders has cut corners on. Steve also remained flexible and readily accepted changes that we made thoughout the project. The estimate Steve had given was $25,000 to $30,000 and at the end our total were $25,452. Steve was extremely accurate and honest in his estimation. Steve's carpentry work was outstanding. We asked Steve to make a feature barn style door at the end of our stairs and he did exactly what we asked of him and more. He also made a small breakfast nook and bench in our kitchen. We would recommend Steve to any of our friends and family. And we will be sure to call him for future renovations. Regards, Budd Melvin Okotoks April 27th 2007 Dear Steve, I am writing to you to thank you for all of your time and effort that you put into the recent conversion and fitout of 296 Golders Green Road, London into a Diagnostic Treatment Centre for the Wellington Hospital. I have received no end of comments from members of the Clients design team, hospital staff members and even the Landlords building manager on your constant professional approach to the management of this project. I must also express how pleased I was with the way in which you managed and delivered on time and budget what can only be described as a very challenging fit-out project. I understand that you are planning to leave the UK for pastures new in Canada. May I take this opportunity to wish you and your family all of the best for the future. Please fee! free to offer my contact details for references should you wish to do so. Kind Regards Stephen Kimp HCA International European Construction Project Manager April 18th 2007 To whom it may concern Dear Sir Re: Stephen Crowe. We are pleased to be able to provide a reference for Mr Crowe who has been managing a project for us over the last three months. The project involved the fitting out of a Diagnostics Unit to a high standard and a very tight deadline. The client instructed additional works at a late stage in the contract making the project very difficult to execute. Mr Crowe managed all this with fortitude and maintained an efficient and safe environment throughout. He has shown himself adept at maintainining a cool and pleasant manner when working under pressure. We would commend Mr Crowe to any future employer. Yours faithfully Yours faithfully Gordon Cooper April 11th 2007 Dear Reader Reference Stephen Crowe In my capacity as Contract Administrator, I have worked with Stephen Crowe on a £1.3M refurbishment project. The scheme was for an outpatients and diagnostic centre. Healthcare Architecture is arguably the most taxing field both in terms of design and in execution. This particular project was the conversion of a standard "deep plan" office building into a suite of consulting rooms and ancillary accommodation. The existing building environment presented challenges that called for tact and clear thinking. Throughout the contract I found Stephen to be proactive and efficient. It is as a direct result of his dedication that the contract completed on time and on budget. I have no hesitation in recommending Stephen to any prospective employer looking to employ him in a similar capacity. Yours faithfully For robinson lloyd architecture Stephen Lloyd-loasby April 2nd 2007 Re: Mr Stephen Crowe Mr Crowe has been managing the refurbishment of one of our office in North West London for our new tenant HCA International, the UK subsidiary of the Nashville-based healthcare group. He has demonstrated competence and confidence in every aspect of this complex and costly refurbishment and has mediated between contractors and existing high-quality tenants. In this difficult role he has thrived under time, cost and personnel pressures. I would unreservedly recommend Stephen to your country and I am sure that his skills, enthusiasm and easy-going nature will make him a creditworthy citizen. Yours sincerely Alan Perrin Senior To whom it may concern: In May 2004, Stephen Crowe started a holiday rebuild/renovation. This included,
I was very pleased with the work in total and I asked Mr Crowe to re-roof a farmhouse, build an oak-framed conservatory and front porch to the farm house, with garden retaining walls dividing the farmhouse from the holiday lets. From all works completed, I could only recommend Mr Crowe for any building work with reference to his organisational skills, commitment to schedules, high quality finish and ability to deal with subcontractors and his own staff. Peter Dixon November 12th 1999 Dear Stephen Re: Works at 116 St. Leonards Road We are delighted with the alcove cabinets and shelves you have fitted for us.
